Our algorithm calculates the match or fitment between what a recruiter is looking for against unique strengths of the jobseeker, using LitQ, thereby significantly increasing your chances of getting shortlisted. There is an eligibility criteria in terms of -

• Are you a fresher? (Having just completed college/university.)

There are no percentage criteria or educational qualifications to take the LitQ.

We wouldn't recommend taking the LitQ Smart Assessment without giving a gap of 6 months since your completed the assessment.

Before you start playing each game, you are provided with instructions to explain what you are expected to do. Because there are no right or wrong answers, there is no practice or preparation required. Simply find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 30 minutes and start taking up the exercise. The LitQ report is available in two formats:

• LitQ Lite (free, summarised version)
• LitQ Max (paid, full version).

Everyone who successfully completes the LitQ Smart Assessment has access to their LitQ Lite report. If you have chosen the Litwork 'Better' or 'Best' plan, you can find your LitQ Max report simply by signing into your Litwork account at www.litwork.in. On your job wall, you will find a tab to download or view your LitQ report depending on which Litwork subscription you have chosen.

After the students complete the LitQ Smart Assessment, a summary report of their results will be generated for download for use. We do not share these results and reports with outside stakeholders, as they are a private entity of the candidate who has completed the LitQ Smart Assessment.

We've designed the gamified experience to be an overall sensory experience for the user. Cleverly incorporating animation and bringing illustration styles to life, this 30 to 45 min experience assesses the user's strengths through a series of questions and mini-games.

The LitQ smart assessment is a series of games, multiple-choice questions and scenario-based gamified experience. Each segment is timed to give the candidate sufficient time to evaluate and answer questions.

Yes the LitQ Smart Assessment is a 30 minutes gamified experience. Each section has a timer that keeps you aware how long you have to complete each task/question.

The best thing about the online LitQ Smart Assessment is that you can take it anytime you want to. It's important that you feel focused and well alert. Ensure there are no distractions or interruptions. Be sure to turn your phone off (if you're taking it on your Laptop/Desktop/Tablet) and that you can't be disturbed until you finish.

Once you start the LitQ Smart Assessment, we recommend that you complete the whole assessment in one sitting.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to help rectify any technical issues:

Once you start the LitQ Smart Assessment, we recommend that you complete the whole assessment in one sitting. There is no option to pause during the assessment.

There are no right or wrong answers. The answers you select on the mini-games and situational judgement options are a one and selected response, these can not be changed later.

• Once you've successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Job wall. Locate the job card you want to apply for. Remember if you've saved or already applied for this specific job you can track the same using the filters provided on your job wall.
• Click on the job card to get an expanded view of the job role responsibilities and more details
• On the right hand corner of the page, you will see an “Apply” button
• You will receive a notification of successful completion and can further choose to view the company profile

A candidate profile is shared with a recruiter everytime you apply for a job. This includes your -

• Resume
• Your LitQ results - LitQ Decoded (a recruiter view of your unique work strengths)
• Your Video Introduction

We created an option for you to have a recruiter view of your profile! Log into Litwork www.litwork.in

• Once you've successfully logged in, click on your profile picture located on the right hand corner of the navigation bar
• Under your profile strength tracker, you will see an option called “Recruiter view of profile”
• This gives you an overview of what a recruiter has access too everytime you apply for a job

Job Cards posted with the tag “New” indicate jobs that have been posted within the last 24hours on the platform. We use a backend algorithm where the tags are automatically added to these job cards.

Job Cards posted with the tag “Trending Jobs” indicate jobs that majority of the candidates on the platform are applying to. We use a backend algorithm where the tags are automatically added to these job cards.

You can access your applied jobs and keep track of your application status through your Job Wall. Till you get updated, you can continue applying to other jobs posted on the platform or also look into our Events & experiences.

Once you've successfully applied for a job, you can keep track of your application status by accessing your “Applied Jobs'' listed on your Litwork job wall. We also send out notifications, mailers and SMS to help you stay up to date with your application status.

All expired job cards will disappear from your dashboard, and you will no longer have access to apply. Sometimes this happens if the recruiter might have closed the position.

We're sorry to hear that. If you haven't been updated on the status of your application and the job is no longer available. It could be for the following reasons -

• Recruiter has closed the position
• The company is no longer hiring for that position
• The job card has expired

We've set no limit on how many jobs you can apply to on the Litwork platform. Job cards are refreshed every 24 hours.

The Litwork algorithm recommends jobs to you based on your LitQ match and your preferences selected during the gamified experience.

You can also set or update your preferences on your Job Wall. You can refine your search using the filter provided.

• Once you've successfully logged in, click on your profile picture located on the right hand corner of the navigation bar.
• When you click on the edit icon (depicted with a pencil icon) of your Milestone wall, you will be redirected to the Litwork Smart Resume Builder “Accomplishment” section
• Click on the 'Add New' button and update the required information and correct file formats
• Remember to save your updates and it will reflect under your Milestone Wall

Listing projects on your resume helps recruiters determine your capabilities, interests and improves your chances of getting hired. Create a visual gallery of your projects, portfolio items, thesis papers, term papers, research materials and articles.

Types of projects you can list on your resume -

• Work projects: Any professional projects you've undertaken as part of your team or even a freelance project can add real value to your the position your applying for
• Academic projects: If you're a recent graduate, its a good idea to list any research projects submitted as part of your academics
• Personal projects: Projects like volunteer work, community service, and personal achievements can be listed. They might directly correlate to the requirements of a job post, but they add a personal touch to and glimpse into who you are as a person

• On Litwork.in, click on the profile picture icon on the top right-hand corner.
• Click on your Profile Picture
• Choose Browse or Choose File to locate the image file on your computer
• Select an image to use
• Save Changes

Note:

• You can't delete your profile picture, but you can always replace it with a new one.
• Profile pictures should be a .jpg, .png, or .gif file only.
• Profile picture size should be smaller than 10MB

Your profile strength tracker shows you area's that need to be completed in order to maximise your profile strength.

Litwork has an inbuilt resume that is shared with recruiters upon applying for a job. We do not have the option to upload a previous resume. Once you log in to your Litwork account, on your home page - you will see your profile strength card, at the bottom of the card there will be an option to “Complete Resume”, click on the same to make edits to your Litwork resume.

As a fresher, we've understood you might not have 'work experience' as a full time employee, but you might have 'work experience' as an Intern and its important to add the same to your resume, so recruiters can understand your interests and passions.

To add work experience to your resume -

• Log into your Litwork account at www.litwork.in
• On your home screen, under your Profile Strength card you will have an option to “Complete Resume”
• Select “Complete Resume”
• Using the Litwork Smart Resume builder, you can navigate different sections of your resume
• Once you have completed the details, click save to update your resume

• Keep it brief: Limit your video no longer than 2 minutes, ideally, 60-90 seconds
